The Commission has requested the Office of the Federal Register to publish the enclosed " Notice of Consideration of Approval of Transfer of Ucense and issuance of Amendment to Facility License, Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration l Determination, and Opportunity for a Hearing." This notice relates to your application dated August 18,1997, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.80 and 10 CFR 50.90, seeking approval of the transfer of the authority to possess WTR under the license to a revised corporate entity, and the issuance of a conforming amendment to the license.
