Part 72 Ruelmaking Plan Miscellaneous Items -Reply QA records is addressed in Part 72 in 72.174. 72.14 0 (d) allows one to use a Part 50, Appendix B QA program as applicable to an ISFSI; however, if we do not eliminate the reference to XVII, we are giving the licensee records requirements in two places. By eliminating the XVII reference, licensees must follow 72.174.
