In my Memorandum and Order dated November 24, 1987, in which I authorized an oral presentation, I outlined the material which is to be considered as the direct testimony of the parties. I do not inte::d to have this testimony bound into the transcript but, rather, expect to have it introduced into the record as exhibits. Therefore, the parties should bring three copies of each of the following exhibits to the oral presentation on February 22, 1988, to be provided to the court reporter:

1. Specification of Claims, including Exhibits, dated July 31, 1987.

2. Response (Rebuttal) to NRC affidavit, dated November 7, 1987.

3. Response to Presiding Officer's pequest for Additional Information, dated January 28, 1988.

1. NRC Staff Response to Specification of Claims, including attached Joint Affidavit and statements of professional qualifications, dated October 9,1987.

2. Joint Affidavit of Barry S. Norris and David M. Silk, responding to Mr. Morabito's rebuttal, dated December 21, 1987.

3. Joint Affidavit of Barry S. Norris and David M. Silk, responding to Presiding Officer's questions, dated January 29, 1988.

No additional copies for the Presiding Officer, Technical Interrogator, or opposing parties need be provided. If parties intend to introduce additional materials into evidence, then three copies of that material for the reporter, together with additional copies for the Presiding Officer, the Technical Interrogator, and the other party (to l
