October 23, 1987 ORDER On October.17,_1987, Mr. Alfred J. Morabito filed a request to submit rebuttal to the NRC Staff's response (filed October 9,1987) to Mr. Morabito's Specification of Claims. Through telephone inquiry, I ascertained that the Staff has no objection to Mr. Morabito's request, although it wishes to reserve its right to respond to new infomation submitted by Mr. Morabito.
Mr. Morabito's request is granted. He should file (mail) his reply I
by Monday, November 9, 1987. The Staff may respond to new information submitted by Mr. Morabito on a schedule to be established (if necessary) f at a later date.
