Hetrick, a member of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel, as a technical interrogator to assist the Presiding Officer with respect to technical matters involving senior operator license examinations. This appointment is subject to the notice and disqualification provisions described in 10 C.F.R. 5 2.704.
