By Memorandum and Order dated November 24, 1987, I posed a series of questions for both the NRC Staff and Mr. Morabito to answer. These questions were to be answered by December 21, 1987, with an oral presentation to consider (inter alia) these answers scheduled for January 1988.

On December 2,1987, the NRC moved to extend the time for filing its response to these questions to January 29, 1988. By telephone on December 7,1987, I ascertained that Mr. Morabito has no objection.

Good cause having been shown, the Staff's motion is granted. Mr.

Morabito's time for filing his response to my questions is likewise extended to January 29, 1988. In addition, Mr. Morabito may file by that date a supplementation of his claims to include pertinent new information (if any) derived from documents provided to him by the Staff in response to his Freedom of Information Act appeal. also directed to identify by the same date any witnesses they propose to utilize at the oral presentation.

As a result of the extended time for receiving those responses, the date for the oral presentation is delayed until Monday, February 22,-

1988. The presentation will commence at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, February 22, 1988, at the Federal Building,1000 Liberty Avenue, GSA Conference Room 2102, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. (To the extent necessary, the presentation will continue on Tuesday, February 23,1988.) Oral limited appearance statements will be received at the outset of the presentation on February 22.
