ORDER Oral. argument on the appeal of Long Island Lighting Company (LILCO) from the Licensing Board's December 7, 1987, partial initial decision (LBP-87-32) will be held on Thursday, April 28, 1988, at 9:30 a.m. in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland. The allocation of time for argument and the order of presentation will be as follows:

40 minutes NRC staff -

20 minutes Governments -

60 minutes.
