- 1) I live at 1 Laurelwyck Dr., Waretown, N.J.
- 2) I preside on the Township Committee of the Township of Ocean, Ocean County, Waretown, N.J. elected to office three temis.
- 3) I am a licensed, Registered Nurse in the State of N.J., license number 60982, practicing critical care nursing at Union Hospital, Union, N.J.
- 4) I am deeply concerned with an ineffective evacuation plan for the residents of Ocean Township in the event of a Nuclear Accident. This is widened by several incidents of natural disaster which occurred on and around the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generation Station. These disaste.s, two National Pinelands forest fires and one coastal flooding along the entire New Jersey coastline, are evidence of a complete deadlock in all major artery roadways in and out of Ocean, Lacey and Bamegat Townships.
- 5) In addition to natural disaster, ineffective, timely rerouting of roadways has occurred on State Highway Route 9 and the Garden State Parkway due to motor vehicle accidents and emergency fire fighting episodes. This is evidenced in the records of the Lacey and Ocean Township Police Departments and the New Jersey State Police.

- 6) I am deeply concerned with the crane tonnage capacity which will be used to -
transport the bundles of spent fuel rods, over the fuel pool and containment on the health, safety and properties of the residents of Ocean Township.
- 7) I am deeply concerned with the request by GPU to continue active operation of the facility while the heavy load fuel rods are being removed, on the health, safety and properties of the residents of Ocean Township.
- 8) Therefore, I authorize OCNW to represent me in the above captioned proceeding for the OCNGS.
