- 1) I live at 11 Barberry Lane in Shod Ilins, New Jersey, and at 1229 Bay Avenue in
' Mantoloking, New Jersey. My home in Mantoloking lies within the Ingestion Fathway Zone for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station ("OCNGS").
- 2) I am a member of the Nuclear Information and Resource Service ("NIRS")
- 3) I am a Founding Tru, tee of Oyster Creek Nuclear Watch ("OCNW"). I am also the President of Save Bamegat tiay (the Ocean County Chapter of the Izaak Walton )

will have adverse effects on my health and safety, as well as that of my family, where we live and where I work.
b) I cm concemed that a load drop at 'CNCS causing a fanure of the fuct pool cooling system will adversely effect my health and safety, as well as that of my famay and fellow citizens, due to radiation released from melted nuclear fuel, by contaminating place wheru we live and where I work.
