ithe approximately 1500 homes in this section must go toward the plant in order to get a plant, which is within a half mile. There are two small bridges to traverse during any pote evacuation. A few years ago, a fuel truck ovenumed on the first bridge, sealing off the area for j
hours.
I am concerned that moving heavy loads over the fuel pool and containment area will effect my 4

health & safety ; as well as my family's and my fellow residents.
I am concerned that by allowing these transfers to occur during plant operation will increase the

I am concerned that an accident involving unstable strapping, such as ocurred at Oyster Creek la 6.
year will affect my health & safety if the plant continues to operate during transfer.
J I wn concerned re: the recent unexplained gas bum which jarred loose the cover of the cask 7.
containing rods being removed to dry storage in Point Beach, Wisconsin and the implicat type of accident could have on my safety & health if OCNG is accorded their request fo l
