Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engirteering (BNE) can not complete its review of this proposed lic ise amendment within this 30-day period for the reason explained below.

No time limit for a response from GPU Nuclear was established.
Comments from the BNE can not be finalized until the information requested from GPU Nuclear is received and reviewed.
