. AFFIDAVIT OF SHIRLEY R. SCHMIITI' I Shirley R. Schmidt, being duly sworn, appear and state as follows.

I live at 291 Wells Mills Rd., Waretown, N. J. 08758. I live within ,

the Emergency Evacuation Area of The Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station.

I have severe and troubling reservations about the intentions of the 4 OCNGS, to move to storage spent fuel rods over the fuel pool.

To do this would place my family and this entire area at an unaccepta ble risk. There is a distinct possibility of a containment failure should there be a drop of this_ Heavy Load when moving over the fuel pool.

Therefore I authorize Oyster Creek Nuclear Watch to represent me in j the above captioned proceeding for the OCNGS.
