Dear Mr. Solymossy:
By letter dated October 28, 2004, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an administrative change to Praire Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Prairie Island)
Facility Operating Licenses (DPR-42 and DPR-60, respectively) to incorporate the reference to the recently-revised physical security plan, training and qualification plan, and safeguards contingency plan.
Your staff identified a number of inconsistencies on the Operating Licensing (OL) pages submitted with the October 28, 2004, safety evaluation documenting staff approval of your revised security plans, and your revised plans.
