DPR-42 and DPR-60 Prairie Island Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Docket 72-10 Materials License No. SNM-2506 Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Docket No. 50-263 Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-22 Revision of Standard Practice Procedures Plan In accordance 10 CFR 95.19(2)(b), Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation (NSPM), doing business as Xcel Energy, hereby submits a minor revision to the NSPM Standard Practice Procedures Plan (SPPP). This revision reflects a new designated Facility Security Officer. The enclosure to this letter provides a revised NSPM SPPP that replaces the previous version of the NSPM SPPP.
