In accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1), this letter submits an update to foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) information for Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy Inc., hereafter NSPM, reflecting changes in the list of applicable NSPM Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEPs).
Three Board of Director resolutions remain in place as reflected in the U.S. NRC letter to NSPM dated July 19, 2012 (Reference 1) and per our previous (July 2023) NRC Form 405F update (Reference 2), and exclude the Xcel Energy Inc. and subsidiary NSPM Boards of Directors and uncleared officers from accessing or exercising influence over NSPM's Voluntary Security Clearance Program (VSCP).
The Enclosure to this letter is a completed NRC Form 405F identifying the Key Management Personnel (KMP) for NSPM.
