ACCEPTANCE FOR REVIEW REGARDING TRAVELER TSTF-529, REVISION 1, CLARIFY USE AND APPLICATION RULES (TAC NOS. MF1406 AND MF1407)

Dear Members of the TSTF:

By letter dated February 28, 2013 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML13063A539), you submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval Traveler TSTF-529, Revision 1, Clarify Use and Application Rules.

Section 170.21 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations requires that Travelers are subject to fees based on the full cost of the review. You did not request a fee waiver; therefore, NRC staff hours were billed accordingly.

The NRC staff has completed a preliminary review of your submission and determined it is sufficiently complete and appropriate to initiate a more comprehensive review. The review of Traveler TSTF-529 will generally follow the schedule below.
