1. My name is Thomas Brucker. I live at 9111 S.E. 44th St. Mercer Island, Wash. 98040 .

2. My family and I have lived at this address for 18 years and have purchased electricity from Puget Sound Power & Light for 18 years.

3. I am a member of the Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc.

4. I am concerned that the proposed Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project may increase my electric rates and reduce the availability of funds for meeting my electrical energy needs through economically and environmentally preferable alternatives.

5. I use and enjoy the Columbia River for recreational purposes. I am concerned that construction and operation of <

the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project will adversely affect my P

interest in (1) the quality and stability of river flows and (2) the protection and enhancement of the river's fish and wildlife population.

1. My name is Peter Willing. I live at 3843 26th Avenue West, Seattle, Washington.

2. I have lived at this address for one year and have purchased electricity from Seattle City Light for two years.

3. I am a member of the Natural Resources Defense Council. Inc.

4. I am concerned that the proposed Skagit-Hanford Nuclear Project may increase my electric rates and reduce the availability of funds for meeting my electrical energy needs through economically and environmentally preferable alternatives.

5. I am a recreational fisherman engaging in offshore angling for Columbia River salmon. The fish on which this activity depends rely in part on the Columbia River for spawning and rearing. My interest in the preservation of the Columbia River fishery resource would be impaired by a reduction in the quantity and quality of river 1 flows, and by increased fluctuations in those flows, attributable l to operation of the Skagit-Hanford units and to accompanying changes in the operation of hydroelectric peaking units on the Columbia River. I use the Columbia River for recreational purposes including I

This recreational interest would be impaired by a reduction in the quantity and quality of river flows, and by increased fluct-untions in those flows, attributable to operation of the Skagit-Hanford units and to accompanying changes in operation of the hydro-electric peaking units on the Columbia River.

5. I live downwind of the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project, in an area that might be affected by a catastrophic accident at the facility. I am concerned about my exposure, and that of my family, to this risk.
