Setup:

Full power lC 20, Red tag on #5 CWP, verify 23.205 HPCI SOP attachment 5 clean copy in procedure.

Scenario 2OL7 -L Overview plant has been operating at 100% power, #5 Circ Water Pump is OOS for motor replacement' Expected returntoserviceistwoweeks. Nootherequipmentisoutofservice, Plansfortheshiftaretomaintain power.

Event l-: APRM 3 fails downscale, Crew responds and bypasses APRM 3. CRS TS call.

Event 2: #2 TCV Unitized actuator develops an oil leak. Alarms are manually set, so no actualtime pressure to respond. Crew should reduce reactor powerto less than9t.5%, then lock down and shutdown #2TCV, then reset lz SCtflr.

Event 3: single condenser pressure transmitter failure. This will result in % isolation NSSSS.

Event 4: seismic event. Only required to enter the AOP and START directing the actions.

Event 5: Steam leak. Field report should clue the shift as to the location (RCIC), and the crew should isolate the steam leak per the AOP 2O.OOO.O2. CRS evaluates TS. BOP should verify HPCI in SB.

Event 6-8: Loss of 65D, results in loss of Feed. lmmediate action should place the mode switch in S/D Blown fuse on N2103-F001 will prevent use of SBFW. HPCI will fail to start, but will start manually.

once level recovers to a predetermined value (L40") HPCI will isolate and a small LoCA will start on a ramp. This will force the crew to ED for level. Div 1 CSS willfail to start automatcally as well as the injection valve. Both should be identified and actions by the operator will make these work' E1150-FOL6A/8 (first selected) will fail, forcing the crew to align to the other division.
