This Amendment No. 33 amends the Final Safety Analysis Report and the Application by furnishing information in response to questions in the l

letter dated November 15, 1972, from Mr. A. Schwencher, Chief, Pressurized Water Reactors Branch No. 4, Directorate of Licensing, to Applicant, and by furnishing the Arkansas Nuclear One Emergency Plan.

WHEREFORE, Applicant requests the license specified in its original Application.
