AMENDMENT NO. 31 TO APPLICATION FOR LICENSE Arkansas Power & Light Company, Applicant in the above captioned

proceedings, hereby files Amendment No. 31 to its Application for licenses.
This Amendment No. 31 amends the Final Safety Analysis Report by furnishing additional information which was requested during meetings with the Applicant and the Division of Reactor Licensing Staff on August 31, 1972, and additional miscellaneous changes to correct previous errors and omissions.
WHEREFORE, Applicant requests the licenses specified in its original Application.
