AMENDt!ENT NO. 45 TD APPLICATION FOR LICENSE Arkansas Power 6 Light Company, Applicant in the above captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No. 45 to its Application for License.

This Amendment No. 45 amends the Final Safety Analysis Report and the Application by furnishing information on changes in emergency diesel generator loading, changes in valve inspection requirements and by correcting previous miscellaneous errors and omissions.
