SUPPLEMENT NO. 11 TO APPLICATION FOR LICENSES Arkansas Power & Light Company, Applicant in the above captioned proceedir; hereby files Supplement No. 11 to its Application for Licenses.
The name of the facilities for which permits und licenses are requested is hereby changed from Russellville Nuclear Unit to " Arkansas Nuclear One".
The new name is hereby substituted for the old name in each place in the Application for Licenses and in the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report as heretofore filed and supplemented.
The Preliminary Safety Analysis Report is hereby supplemented by the addition of a report entitled " Reactor Building-Liner Plate Anchorage Tests for Arkansas Nuclear One, Arkansas Power & Light Company, Little Rock, Arkansas m

The Preliminary Safety Analysis Report is hereby supplemented.by the addition of a report entitled " Reactor Building Prestressing System Fixed End-Anchor Bearing Plate Test for Arkansas Nuclear One, Arkansas Power & Light Company, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203, Job No. 6600" relating to the tendon gallery.
WHEREFORE, Applicant requests the licenses specified in its original Application.
