This Supplement No. 17 supplements the Preliminary Safety -

Analysis Report by furnishing additional information on the anchorage zone reinforcing in the buttresses, which informa-tion w's requested by Peter A. Morris, Director, Division of Reactor Licensing, in his letter of January 26, 1970, furnish-ing additional information in response to letter from Peter A.

Morris dated September 29, 1969 and correcting errors and omissions.

WHEREFORE, Applicant requests the licenses specified in its original Application.
