This Amendment No. 41 amends the Final Safety Analysis Report and the Application by furnishing r'evisior.s to the technical specifications including the effects of potential fuel densification, by furnishing information on instrumentation for following the course of postulated accidentt , by updating the response to Specific Item of Interest Number 12.11 and by correcting previous miscellaneous errors and omissions.

WHEREFORE, Applicant requests the license specified in its original Application.
