This Amendment No. 42 amends the Final Safety Analysis Report and the Application by furnishing responses to the letter of November 16, 1973, from Mr. R. C. DeYoung, Assistant Director, Pressurized Water Reactors, and by correcting previous miscellaneous errors and omissions.

WHEREFORE, Applicant requests the license specified in its original Application.
