This Amendment No. 38 amends the Final Safety Analysis Report and the Application by furnishing information in response to the letter dated November 1,1972, from Mr. R. C. DeYoung, Assistant Director for

' Pressurized Water Reactors, Directorate of Licensir.g to Applicant, by furnishing revisions to the technical pacifications requested by the AEC Staff, and by correcting previous miscellaneous errors and omissions.
