In the Matter of Docket Nos. 50-259 Tennessee Valley Authority 50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT TVA BFN TS 230 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90,'e are submitting a request for amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Technical Specifications for units 1, 2, and 3 (enclosure 1).

This proposed amendment deletes the optional reduced pressure test method for the containment integrated leak rate test and corrects an error in the acceptable leakage rate. Description, reason for change, and justification in support of the proposed changes are enclosed (enclosure 2). A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided in enclosure 3.

Enclosed is a check for the 4150 amendment fee required by 10 CFR Part 170.12.
