Dear Mr. Deal:

Consumers' Association of Canada (B.C.) requests a limited appearance at the Seattle hearings currently considering licensing the nuclear generation facility at Sedro Woolley, Washington.

A provincial branch of Canada's major consumer-oriented orzanization, we plan to offer evidence regarding the consequences of chronic low-level ionizing radiation and the absence of proven methods of long term waste disposal.

Thank you for your consideration, $
