RESPONSE OF FLORIDA PONER & LIGHT COMPANY TO CITIES' MOTIONS On March 28, 1979, the Cities filed a " Motion for an Antitrust Hearing," and, on April 2, 1979, they filed a " Motion for Consolidated Hearings." There is no discernable dif ference between the two pleadings.

No proceeding is pending in which these two motions can be considered; accordingly, the motions should not be considered or acted upon. For reasons previously stated in filings requested by the Commission,-1/ Florida Power & Light Company opposes the relief requested by the Cities.
