APPLICATION FOR EXTESION OF TIME FOR THE PRE-HEARING CONFERM CE Petitioner, Bridge The Gap, requests that the Pre-hearing Conference in the above captioned matter be extended by one week, and that all sub-mission deadlines be likewise extended. Specifically, Petitioner requests that the Conference-be held on September 25, 1980, the Petitioner's supplemental contentions be due August 25, 1980, and the Applicant's response be due September 9, 1980.
The one week extension requested is necessary to the adequate presentation of our casr, at the Con?erence, because several key persons will be out of town and unt.vailable, due to previous commitments, on September 18,

The University has no objection to the extension if the submission deadlines are extended by a like period of time, and the Conference is held at the Federal Building in downtown los Angeles, as currently scheduled. Brid6 e The Gap and the University would also be amenable to scheduling the Conference on September 26, 1980.
