are today filing a notice of appeal pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
$ 2.714a of the Licensing Board's partial order admitting Fairfield United Action as intervenor in the above-captioned proceeding. Under $ 2.714a(a), other parties may file briefs in response within 10 days after service of the l appeal. Because prefiled testimony is due by May 28, 1981 and the evidentiary hearing is scheduled to begin on June 22, 1981, Applicants respectfully request that an expedited schedule be established in this appeal.
