APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO FAIRFIELD UNITED ACTION REQUEST FOR ORAL ARGUMENT In the brief of Fairfield United Action ("FUA" ) (opposing appsals from the order granting intervention), FUA has requested oral argument (p. 15).
Applicants have no objection to that request, inasmuch as oral argument would provide an opportunity for response to certain unwarranted assertions and representations in FUA's brief.
In the alternative, should the Appeal Board be disinclined to hold oral argument, we would request leave to file a very brief response on an expedited schedule.
