l APPLICANTS' MOTION FOR EXPEDITED SCHEDULING Applicants South Carolina Electric & Gas Company and South Carolina Public Service Authority (" Applicants")
are today filing a notice of appeal pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
$ 2.714a of the Licensing Board's partial order admitting Fairfield United Action as intervenor in the above-captioned proceeding.
