Target Set Document Request Information Requested to be made Available the Week of November 4, 2019 A. Set aside some time to allow the inspector to review the sites Target Sets (including Target Set data sheets (Ref. RG 5.81) if available) in advance of the inspection week Information Requested Prior to November 18, 2019 A. Access to a hard copy of the sites Security Plan (available for my review)

B. Target Sets, including the Target Set data sheets (Ref. RG 5.81) (available for my review)

C. Procedures o Copies of all non-SGI procedures that relate to the Target Set maintenance and development o Copies of any response to security event operations procedures (Abnormal Security Event Procedures) o Copies of any procedures listed as a having a credited operator action for Target Sets D. Condition Reports o A list of any condition/issue reports generated since the last Target Set inspection (January 1, 2016 to the present) directly related to Target Sets o Copies of any condition/issue reports generated since the last Target Set inspection (January 1, 2016 to the present) related to issues associated with the implementation of the sites Target Set identification and development program E. Safeguards Log Entries o Any safeguards log entries related to Target Set identification or development since the last Target Set inspection (January 1, 2016 to the present)

F. Target Set Changes o A list of any design change packages, procedure changes, or modification packages that affected Target Set equipment o A copy of any design change or modification packages that affected Target Sets G. List of the Target Set Expert Panel members (names and positions) o Expert Panel review results/conclusions, and meeting minutes (January 1, 2016 to the present)

H. Copy of 24 month periodic review of Target Sets I. Information related to any issues identified during the last Target Set inspection, and the sites resolution of those issues

J. Applicable Orders, LERs, commitments Information Needed for the Inspection Week (November 18, 2019)

A. Access to all NON-SGI and SGI procedures related to Target Sets B. A point of contact knowledgeable in Target Sets and the defensive strategy C. Request that the site make available Target Set knowledgeable personnel (including operations, security, and engineering personnel as appropriate) to discuss Target Set content and walk down Target Set equipment If you have questions regarding the information requested, please contact the lead inspector.
