Location of Meeting: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region I Office Public Meeting Room 475 Allendale Road King of Prussia, PA 19406 Purpose of Meeting: The purpose of the meeting is for Entergy to discuss the results of safety culture workplace surveys conducted in 2009 at its Fitzpatrick, Indian Point Units 2 and 3, Pilgrim and Vermont Yankee nuclear facilities. This meeting has been scheduled in accordance with a commitment made by Entergy to meet with the NRC Regional Administrators in Regions I, "', and 'V and provide this information, as part of a commitment confirmed in an NRC Confirmatory Order (CO) [ML0932105623], dated November 10, 2009. This commitment was made by Entergy as part of an Alternate Dispute Resolution agreement reached with the NRC concerning an issue at the Palisades Nuclear facility in Michigan.

Related Meetings: Similar meetings are scheduled: (1) on March 29, 2010, at the NRC Region III office in Lisle, Illinois, between 2 and 4pm (CST) to discuss the survey results for Entergy's Palisades facility, and (2) on March 31, 2010, between 8 and 10 am (CST) at the NRC Region IV office in Arlington, Texas, to discuss the survey results for Entergy's Arkansas Nuclear One, Cooper, Grand Gulf, River Bend, and Waterford facilities. Entergy sought to also have the meeting in Region I prior to March 31,2010, but scheduling issues resulted in a delay.
