The environmental monitoring information you requested during our meeting at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority offices on December 6, 2006 is attached.

The annual report Environmental Monitoring in New York State was last published in 2000 and covered the 1994 environmental data. The 1994 report along with a draft report on the 1995 to 2004 environmental data, abridged to reflect information regarding the Nine Mile Point vicinity and background sites only, are enclosed. A draft distribution list is also enclosed.
