Revisions to Peach Bottom Operating Exam Materials for the March 2013 Initial NRC License Examination Date: March 6, 2013 The following materials were revised based on comments from the NRC Examination Team during the on-site exam preparation held February 11-13,2013.

A. Administrative IPMs:

1. Replaced two RO Admin JPMs based on LOO-l and being non discriminatory.
2. Modified critical versus non-critical steps for 1 SRO Conduct of Operations JPM and 1 SRO Emergency Plan JPM.
3. Added additional cue to 1 SRO Conduct of Operations JPM.
4. Clarified the 'deliverable' for the SRO Radiation Control JPM.
5. Made additional editorial changes to various JPMs based on NRC examiner comments.

B. Control Room JPMs:

1. Modified critical versus non-critical steps for 3 JPMs.
2. Added time-compression cues to one JPM.
3. Made editorial changes to various JPMs based on NRC examiner comments.

C. In-plant JPMs:

1. Changed one JPM performance unit to support geographic diversity.
2. Modified critical versus non-critical steps for 1 JPM.
3. Re-classified 1 JPM as alternate-path.
4. Made editorial changes to various JPMs based on NRC examiner comments.

D. Simulator scenarios:

1. Scenario 1
a. Minor changes to Simulator Operator instructions.
h. Minor scripting modifications.
c. Changed sequence of some events.
2. Scenario 2
a. Minor scripting modifications
h. Added 'C' event #6 for PRO.
c. Added 'C' event #9 for URO.
d. Modified Simulator Setup and Simulator Operator instructions to support new events.
3. Scenario 3:
a. Minor changes to Simulator Operator instructions.
h. Minor scripting modifications.
