Mx' Jo G~ Keppler February 3, 1976 The Request for Change which lists physical changes to be made so that a number of air-operated valves may be locally controlled, and which describes local instrumentation panels to be installed to monitor critical parameters following loss of control from the control room, was reviewed and approved by the Plant Nuclear Safety Design 'Review Committee. Following the Plant review, the change request was returned to American Electric Power Service Corporation where approved by the Change Control Board as it well.
