IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY, AMENDMENT 4 - NEW RADIATION SAFETY OFFICER AND UPDATED ROSTER OF OFFICIALS

Dear Dr. Van der Schyf:

In response to your submittal dated September 24, 2018, as supplemented on September 25, 2018, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR),

Materials License SNM-1373 is hereby amended to approve your new radiation safety officer and updated roster of university officials. Accordingly, License Condition 9 has been revised to add the dates of September 24 and September 25, 2016.

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same. Enclosed are copies of the revised license and the Safety Evaluation Report.

This letter concludes action on the amendment.

In accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.390 of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Agency Rules of Practice and Procedures, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).

Documents transmitted herewith contain Security-Related Information.

When separated from the sensitive conditions in Enclosure 1, this document is decontrolled.
