IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY, AMENDMENT 7 - APPROVAL OF UPDATED ROSTER OF UNIVERSITY OFFICIALS
Dear Dr. Lybecker:
In response to your submittal dated March 19, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML21105A742), as supplemented by your letter dated May 12, 2021 (ADAMS Accession Number ML21137A012), pursuant to the requirements in Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Special Nuclear Materials License No. 1373 (SNM-1373) is hereby amended to approve your updated roster of university officials. Accordingly, License Condition 9 of SNM-1373 has been revised to include the dates of March 19, and May 12, 2021.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same. Enclosed are copies of the revised license and the safety evaluation report.
This letter concludes action on the amendment.
In accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.390 of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Agency Rules of Practice and Procedures, a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1 and 2 will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). Enclosure 3 contains security-related information, and is deemed Official Use Only - Security-Related Information. Therefore, it will not be placed in the Public Document Room, nor will it be publicly available in ADAMS.
Documents transmitted herewith contain Security-Related Information. When separated from the sensitive conditions in Enclosure 3, this document and Enclosures 1 and 2 are decontrolled.
