Subject:
Supplemental Information for SNM-1373 License Amendment Request, Docket No.
70-1374
Dear Mr. Siurano-Perez,
We are providing supplemental information to our amendment request for license SNM-1373 dated August 7th, 2023. We request a revision to Attachment IV - Minimum Quali"cations of University Personnel Responsible for Materials License SNM-1373 be included in this license amendment and the quali"cations of Larry Foulkrod (Reactor Supervisor In-Training) be reviewed against these minimum quali"cations. The revised document is included as an attachment to this memo.
Additionally, attached to the email is the Curriculum Vitae for Mr. Larry Foulkrod (Reactor Supervisor-in-Training). The Reactor Administrator and fellow members of the search committee for the Reactor Supervisor position evaluated Mr. Foulkrods CV and determined that his collective experience surpassed the requirement for a B.S. degree.
We thank you in advance for your consideration and patience on these requested amendments to license SNM-1373. If you have any questions or require any more information, please contact me at martinblair@isu.edu.
