APPROVAL OF IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY UPDATED ROSTER OF OFFICIALS
Dear Dr. Lybecker:
In response to your submittal dated July 14, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20197A004), as supplemented by your letters dated August 25, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20268A202), and November 13, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20332A026), pursuant to the requirements in Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Special Nuclear Materials License No. 1373 (SNM-1373) is hereby amended to approve your updated roster of university officials.
Accordingly, License Condition 9 of SNM-1373 has been revised to include the dates of July 14, 2020, August 25, 2020, and November 13, 2020.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same. Enclosed are copies of the revised license and the safety evaluation report.
This letter concludes action on the amendment.
In accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.390 of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Agency Rules of Practice and Procedures, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
Documents transmitted herewith contain security-related Information. When separated from the sensitive conditions in Enclosure 1, this document is decontrolled.
