Request for SNM-1373 License Amendment (Docket 70-1374)

Dear Mr. Siurano-Perez,

We request an amendment to USNRC License SNM-1373 to update the roster in keeping with recent administrative changes at Idaho State University.

Please change the name of the Vice President for Research from Scott Snyder to Donna Lybecker Please add the name of Jonathan Scott as Reactor Supervisor in Training.

These changes are reflected in Attachment 1 to this letter, which also includes updated contact information.
