IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY, AMENDMENT 1: APPROVAL OF UPDATED ROSTER OF UNIVERSITY OFFICIALS - ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER L-2023-NFA-0008
Dear Dr. Blair:
In response to your submittal dated August 7, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML23237A272), as supplemented by letters dated November 14, 2023 (ML23348A218), and November 30, 2023 (ML23342A159), pursuant to the requirements in Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Special Nuclear Materials License No. 1373 (SNM-1373) is hereby amended to approve your updated roster of university officials. Accordingly, License Condition 9 of SNM-1373 has been revised to include the dates of August 7, 2023, November 14, 2023, and November 30, 2023.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same. Enclosed are public and non-public versions of the amended license and the safety evaluation report.
This letter concludes efforts under Enterprise Project Identification Number L-2023-NFA-0008.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2 of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Agency Rules of Practice and Procedures, a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1 and 2, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. The ADAMS database is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The PDR is open by appointment.
