Dear Mr. Siurano-Perez,

We request an amendment to USNRC License SNM-1373 to update the roster in keeping with recent administrative changes at Idaho State University.

Please change the name of the Vice President for Research from Dr.

Donna Lybecker to Dr. Martin Blair. These changes are reflected in Attachment 1 to this letter, which also includes updated contact information. A copy of Dr. Blair's Curriculum Vitae is included in Attachment 2.

Please add Larry Foulkrod as the new Reactor Supervisor-in-Training.
