) ORDER The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has requested an extension of time in which it may file , pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.1327(a), an application for a stay of the immediate effectiveness of an NRC Staff order on the license transfer application.
1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346 (b), I grant the motion. Accordingly, the time for the Commonwealth and Pilgrim Watch to file an application for a stay is extended by five days, as well as any additional days afforded by 10 C.F.R. § 2.306(a).
