On March 26, 2012, the NRC Staff filed a pleading,1 to which was attached a letter of the same date from Daniel S. Morris, Acting Regional Administrator for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Northeast Region, U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. In that letter, there is a statement indicating that NMFS anticipated providing the Staff with an ESA determination by April 15, 2012.

The Board wishes the Staff to provide that determination to it and the parties forthwith, if it has been received. Alternatively, the Staff shall provide its best indication of when the determination is expected, to be followed up with provision of the document when it is received.
