SUBJECT:
REFERRING THE JONES RIVER WATERSHED ASSOCIATION MOTION TO REOPEN, REQUEST FOR HEARING AND REQUEST TO FILE A NEW CONTENTION, IN THE PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION, DOCKET NO. 50-293-LR PROCEEDING On May 2, 2012, the Jones River Watershed Association and Pilgrim Watch filed a Motion to reopen the record, file a new contention, and request for hearing on violations of the Endangered Species Act in the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, Docket 50-293-LR proceeding.
The request for hearing is located in ADAMS and in the EHD as (ML12123A473), and accompanying certificate of service as (ML12123A471), and can also be located as package (ML12123A470).
This request for hearing, motion to reopen, and certificate of service is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R. §2.346(i).
