UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION In the Matter of ENTERGY NUCLEAR OPERATIONS, INC., Docket No. 50-293-LT ENTERGY NUCLEAR GENERATION 72-1044-LT COMPANY, HOLTEC INTERNATIONAL, AND HOLTEC DECOMMISSIONING INTERNATIONAL, LLC (Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station)
ORDER The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Pilgrim Watch have requested clarification regarding whether the NRC Staffs filing of a Notification of Significant Licensing Action on August 13, 2019, triggered the five-day window within which to file an application for a stay pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.1327(a). 1 Because the Staff has not issued the order on the license transfer application, no notice of staff action as referenced in 10 C.F.R. § 2.1327(a) has been provided.
Issued pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(j).
