UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION In the Matter of ENTERGY NUCLEAR OPERATIONS, INC., Docket No. 50-293-LT ENTERGY NUCLEAR GENERATION 72-1044-LT COMPANY, HOLTEC INTERNATIONAL, AND HOLTEC DECOMMISSIONING INTERNATIONAL, LLC (Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station)

ORDER The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has requested an extension of time in which it may file, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.1327(a), an application for a stay of the immediate effectiveness of an NRC Staff order on the license transfer application. 1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(b), I grant the motion. Accordingly, the time for the Commonwealth and Pilgrim Watch to file an application for a stay is extended by five days, as well as any additional days afforded by 10 C.F.R. § 2.306(a).
